About Reservations

When can I make a reservation?
Reservation start dates are as follows
Staying from October to March: Reservations accepted from Aug. 1
Staying from April to September: Reservations accepted from February. 1
Can I make a reservation on the day?
You cannot make a reservation on the day.
Can I pay in advance?
If you make a reservation directly to our inn (by phone or email), you can only pay by bank transfer. We do not accept advance payment through our website.
Can I request a specific room?
Your request for a specific room can be accepted but cannot be guaranteed.
What is the maximum number of guests in a room?
It depends on the room, but each room can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. If there are more than 3 guests, the size of the third bed mattress will be smaller or you will have to sleep on a futon.
What price do children have to pay?
Children's rates are as follows.
over 13 years old.: same as adults
over 6 years old.: 70% of adult rates*1
preschooler(only bed): ¥10,000 (tax excluded)
preschooler (co-sleeping): ¥5,000 (tax excluded)
0 years old: no charge
*1 Dinner will be a children's menu. Breakfast is the same as for adults.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?

Below is our cancellation policy:

No-show: 100% of the reservation charge
On the date of arrival: 100% of the reservation charge
One day prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation charge
2 days prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation charge
3 days prior to arrival: 30% of the reservation charge
* Certain policies may differ depending on one's night of stay.

About Stay

What time is the check-in/check-out time?
Check-in and check-out times are as follows.
What time is the last check-in?
Dinner plan guests must arrive by 18:30. Guests staying for breakfast only, or those with an overnight stay without a meal, must check in by 23:00.
What should I do if I arrive after the scheduled check-in time?

Is there a curfew?
We have a 24:00 curfew for our guests' safety and restful sleep.
Can I send my luggage by courier in advance?
Yes, we will keep your luggage and put it in your room in advance.
If you arrive early, we can still keep your luggage.
Can you keep my luggage after check-out?
Yes, we can keep your luggage and car after check-out.
Can I check out late?
We are sorry, but we do not offer late check-outs due to the small number of rooms at our hotel and check-in on the same day.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted in the entire building. We do have a smoking area outside.
Do you have barrier-free rooms?
We are sorry, we do not.

Do you have specific meal times?
Dinner starts at: 17:30, 18:00, 18:30
Breakfast starts at: 8:00, 8:30, 9:00

If we book 2 rooms for 4 people in the Annex, can we dine together?

Even when staying in the Annex, if your party consists of 3 or more guests, meals will be served in the dining room.
